The company says the app, which is accessible via OOONA Integrated user accounts, addresses the need to manage urgent and live work scheduling.
“Even before COVID, our global workforce needed the ability to respond quickly to new and existing clients with new and changing project demands and deadlines,” says Tony Cleveland, Chief Technology Officer for Captionmax.
“Users are able to view dashboards, confirm assignments and answer requests, as well as set a ‘quiet’ time when they do not want notifications from the app distracting them,” details Maya Venturero, OOONA Integrated Product Manager.
“Portability is an important asset in today’s society,” comments Wayne Garb, OOONA CEO.
“As our talent pool expands across the globe, the OOONA app allows us to pull resources together and respond to client needs more efficiently,” adds Truck Morrison, Captionmax CEO.
