GB Labs, a leader in scalable, shared storage solutions, has received a Future Best of Show Award for its Core.ONE intelligent platform. The award was presented by TVBEurope at IBC 2026.
Future’s Best of Show Awards celebrate the most innovative and impactful products and solutions showcased at IBC. Winners are selected by a panel of experienced engineers and industry experts, who evaluate entries based on innovation, functionality, feature set, value and their potential to address the evolving needs of the broadcast and professional AV industries.
Core.ONE brings storage, protection, and access together in a single platform, helping teams spend less time managing storage and more time creating. Designed to grow alongside customers’ needs, Core.ONE enables organizations to add capacity, sites, cloud connectivity, or remote workers without forcing them to redesign existing workflows. The platform also includes Kora, a new built-in conversational assistant that provides real-time answers based on the actual system at the moment a question is asked.
“We are thrilled that Core.ONE was recognized by TVBEurope, a leading publication in our industry,” says Dominic Harland, CEO, GB Labs. “Core.ONE is designed as a simple, unified system delivering for the people who manage media storage every day, from production teams and DITs to IT administrators, and managed service providers overseeing storage across multiple sites. It is not intended to replace editing tools, asset management or established workflows. Instead, Core.ONE provides the storage foundation underneath them, with the tools and systems teams already have in place.”
“IBC continues to be an important showcase for the technologies shaping the future of broadcast, media and professional AV. The 2026 Best of Show winners represent some of the most compelling products and solutions being introduced to the industry, demonstrating innovation that can make a real difference to professionals working across the sector,” said the TVBEurope awards editorial team.
