Actus Digital, a LiveU company and a leader in intelligent compliance logging, quality monitoring, and content analysis solutions, today announced a new integration with Pikolo’s ITracker platform. This collaboration streamlines broadcaster operations by unifying real-time channel monitoring with centralized operational data management, giving customers deeper insights and more efficient workflows.

Seamless Data Flow and Automation
With this integration, Actus automatically sends monitoring alerts directly to Pikolo’s ITracker system. ITracker, in turn, connects with Actus via API to provide a smooth, in-platform experience for users. This bi-directional data exchange minimizes manual operator input and ensures that channel status and technical alerts are instantly available within ITracker’s centralized environment.

All Operational Data in One Place
Actus-generated alerts are now stored alongside all other operational data – linear, digital, and more – inside ITracker’s comprehensive data store. This single source of truth (SSOT) enables broadcasters to track performance trends, identify recurring issues, and make faster, data-driven decisions.

Added Value for Broadcasters
By combining Actus’ advanced monitoring capabilities with ITracker’s analytics and profiling tools, broadcasters benefit from:

  • Operational Efficiency – Less manual input, faster response times, and reduced errors.
  • Improved Visibility – Instant access to channel health and compliance status within the same operational dashboard.
  • Actionable Insights – Centralized data enables deeper trend analysis, better planning, and smarter decision-making.

Serving All Broadcast Scales
Sima Levy, CEO of Actus Digital, added: “Our mission is to make our QA Compliance Logger and monitoring a source of strategic value. By partnering with Pikolo, we’re giving broadcasters a more connected, efficient, and insightful way to manage both technical performance and overall operations.

“Pikolo serves customers across all broadcast verticals, from single stations to multi-national networks,” said Vernon Omegah, VP of Technology at Pikolo Systems. “Integrating Actus’ monitoring data gives our clients richer business insights to drive operational excellence.”
