IABM will deliver its most comprehensive IBC program to date, with the new IABM Hub serving as the venue for an expanded range of activities designed to connect, support and promote members throughout the show.
The IABM Hub combines the IABM Member Lounge, the IABM Impact™ Stage and IABM TV into a single, accessible location adjacent to the IBC Conference. It provides a professional environment for meetings, networking and thought leadership, supported by refreshment facilities, free Wi-Fi and charging points.

IABM Industry Impact™ Briefing – Opening the IBC Conference at 9:15 am on Friday 12 September, this fast-paced executive session will share the latest results from the IABM MediaTech Industry Tracker, alongside insights on market trends, technology roadmaps and investment drivers from IABM and guest speakers.
IABM Impact™ Stage – A full schedule of presentations, panel discussions and interviews exploring key industry topics including business transformation, the democratization of technology and security.
IABM TV – Filmed in the IABM Hub or on member stands, these curated interviews provide a platform for members to share expertise and increase visibility.
IABM Impact Awards™ 2025 – Celebrating innovation in products, services and people, with the awards ceremony taking place on Saturday 13 September in the IABM Hub.
IABM Skills & Development – Delivering the IABM Student Bursary Scheme, funding 11 students to attend and experience IBC and gain hands-on experience through IABM TV and IABM Impact™ Stage participation, alongside talent partnerships with RTS, SMPTE, IET and the World Skills Cafe focused on skills-focused events
Innovation Arena – Member Technology Showcase – A new, quickfire pitch format hosted on the IABM Impact™ Stage, giving members the chance to present new in-development, prototype, or proof-of-concept products and technology to an invite-only audience of media technology buyers.
