Intinor announces the appointment of Ideal Systems as an authorized reseller, covering Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and strengthening local access to resilient, mission-critical IP video workflows across Southeast Asia.
Through this partnership, Ideal Systems will integrate Intinor’s video contribution, backhaul and streaming technologies into its broadcast and professional AV solutions. The collaboration will support broadcasters, media organizations, live production teams and enterprise customers operating in demanding production environments throughout the region.
Intinor is recognized for delivering broadcast-quality video over the internet, powered by its proprietary Bifrost transport protocol. Designed for real-world network conditions, Bifrost combines forward error correction, retransmission and adaptive bitrate handling to deliver stable and predictable performance. Intinor solutions are widely deployed for live broadcasting, remote production, news gathering, sports and esports.
Ideal Systems provides a full spectrum of media technology services including consultancy, system design, integration, deployment and long-term operational support. With a strong presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, and deep expertise in broadcast, cloud, AV and IP-based media workflows, Ideal Systems is well positioned to support customers deploying Intinor solutions in complex and mission-critical environments.
A key pillar of the partnership is a shared commitment to NDI® technology. As a leading regional NDI® systems integrator, Ideal Systems builds on Intinor’s proven support for the protocol, in place since 2019. The collaboration is further strengthened by Intinor’s latest software update, with support for NDI® 6.3 and advanced NDI® configuration via Intinor Direkt Management (IDM), enabling robust and flexible IP-based video workflows for customers.
“Our presence in Southeast Asia continues to grow, and partnering with Ideal Systems is an important step in strengthening how we support customers locally,” said Daniel Lundstedt, Head of Sales and Marketing at Intinor. “Ideal Systems brings strong regional expertise and a deep understanding of broadcast and live production workflows. Together, we can deliver reliable contribution solutions that meet the practical demands of live production across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.”
