MNC Software, a global leader in network management and operational support systems tailored to the broadcast and media industry, has today announced the appointment of Adi Itzhaki as Sales Executive, effective immediately, expanding the company’s international commercial team to support accelerating global demand, following a record-breaking 2025.

Itzhaki will lead a dual mandate of direct sales and partner development to accelerate MNC Software’s international expansion. He will focus on creating new revenue streams and deepening relationships with broadcasters, telecommunications operators, service providers, OTT platforms, and emerging media organizations worldwide. His work will support customers adopting MNC’s modern monitoring and control platform and help scale the company’s partner ecosystem across key markets.

Itzhaki has more than two decades of international experience in broadcast media and technology. He has previously held senior commercial roles at TAG Video Systems, including VP of Sales EMEA and APAC and VP Business Development EMEA, where he led the adoption of software-defined IP monitoring and UHD multiviewer solutions. Prior to that he was Sales Director at SES Satellites, where he expanded MX1 sales across Central and Eastern Europe, building channel partnerships and representing the portfolio at industry events.

“MNC Software is redefining how broadcasters and media organizations approach monitoring and control. The architecture, scalability and operational efficiency of the Mosaic platform clearly sets it apart from legacy solutions. I’m excited to join the team at a time of strong momentum and to help customers and partners unlock the full value of MNC’s technology,” said Adi Itzhaki, sales executive of MNC Software.

“The industry is rapidly moving away from legacy monitoring and control solutions in favor of MNC’s modern system architecture. Broadcasters are quickly recognizing the operational benefits of our platform while significantly reducing both ongoing and lifetime costs,” said Darren Frearson, CEO of MNC Software. “We are experiencing substantial market growth, and Adi’s market knowledge, technical background and commercial experience will be instrumental as we scale our global footprint.”
