TetraVP, a new company specialising in LED virtual production (VP) system integration, has launched today.
Set up by industry veterans Mike Grieve and Oleks Skrypnyk, the TetraVP team will continue delivering LED VP studios to television and film companies but will additionally take their extensive on-set VP experience and technical expertise into non-media market sectors, including corporate, enterprise, government, education, and photo studios.
Mike Grieve, CCO of TetraVP comments: “LED virtual production is still relatively new in terms of its market adoption within the film and television sectors, but it’s growing and developing quickly.
However, in all other market sectors outside of media, there is a significant void in LED VP knowledge, training, and experienced system integrators to turn to. We aim to address this.”
TetraVP will provide four key offerings:
· LED VP system integration – where TetraVP designs a LED VP studio using the best possible components to meet the design brief
· Partner system integration – a service designed for AV integrators or LED manufacturers where TetraVP delivers a LED VP studio based around their LED tile, and TetraVP acts purely as a delivery vehicle
· Products – resale of innovative LED VP products which TetraVP represents, such as QST Holodeck 1.9i, a new cinematic quality LED VP tile
· Services – including consultancy, craft LED VP training, colour calibration, and system support
Oleks Skrypnyk, CTO of Tetra VP comments: “Our value is that we’ve been delivering, operating, and developing the technologies for virtual production solutions to broadcast, TV and film for many years.
“We will continue to do this, but in addition we aim to educate and transfer LED VP knowledge to non-media sectors where it is desperately needed.”
TetraVP have an extensive list of partners they have worked with, however the three key partners at the time of launching are Garden Studios, ColorQ, and Nordmas for large scale LED studio installation.
TetraVP specialises in LED virtual production system integration and services.
It addresses both the media sector, and non-media sectors, including corporate, enterprise, education, and creative studios.
