Terri Davies, president of The Trusted Partner Network (TPN), will address the importance of protecting content in a rapidly evolving industry at the upcoming NAB Show and Content Protection Summit in Las Vegas.
Davies will participate in two-panel discussions about the shared industry goals of security preparedness and enhanced awareness, and how the TPN program facilitates these goals across all stages of content development for the digital media supply chain.
The talk will take place on Monday, April 17, 4:20 – 5:00 p.m. PT at the Las Vegas Convention Center – Central Hall – W1143C: Intelligent Content Inspiration.
The DPP’s CTO, Rowan de Pomerai, will moderate a panel on the importance of and the value behind a community ecosystem for validating and managing content security risk and compliance for all stakeholders.
Panelists include Davies, Raibar Chener, Senior Solutions Consultant at Adobe, Tony Guarino, EVP Global Production & Studio Technology, Paramount Global, Chris Johnson, CEO and President, Convergent Risks, Alex Pickering, Content Security Chief, BBC Studios and Andy Shenkler, CEO, TMT Insights.
The group will examine how the Motion Picture Association’s (MPA) newly refreshed TPN program brings together all stakeholders, creating transparency and a platform for centrally shared information to help manage vulnerabilities and protect content from the latest threats in today’s ever-evolving workflows.
Davies will also participate in the Content Delivery and Security Association’s annual Content Protection Summit, held in parallel with NAB 2023.
The summit, entitled ‘Connecting and Protecting the M+E Supply Chain’ will take place on Monday, April 17, 2:10 – 2:40 p.m. PT Sahara Theater at Sahara Hotel and Casino.
As the media supply chain grows increasingly complex and interconnected, content creators need to understand how the risk they manage extends to all service provider partners involved in pre-release.
The April 17 session will explore how content protection executives are managing this process through professional relationships, business teams and through visibility within the Trusted Partner Network initiative.
